1) Enjoy the local cuisine. 3) Go snorkeling and scuba diving. Look for octopus, sea slugs, sea horses, frogfish, gorgonians and sea fans at the Pelican Rock/Sand Fall. Watch for eels, pufferfish, boxfish, stone fish and trigger fish at the North Wall. Look for sea fans, with rays, tuna, bonitas and groupers at the Middle Wall. Watch for sting rays, diamond sting rays, guitarfish, flatfish, barracuda, big eye jacks and pompanos at Neptune's Finger. And at Land's End be on the lookout for garden eels, guitarfish, turtles, sea bass, parrotfish, mobulas and sea lions.
